Jiangsu Drying and Concentrating Equipment Factory, a professional manufactory developed in 80s, is specialized in producing concentrating, dehydrating equipment and equipment for starch, fermentation industry. The leading product, drying and concentrating equipment, has passed ISO9002 authentication. At the beginning of establishment, we has cooperated with domestic academies and scientific research institutes to develop the whole processing equipment for starch industry; and we have developed low-energy consumption, high-efficiency, advanced-performance drying machine, which not only fills in domestic blank, but also reaches to the level of similar products in quality and performance. Presently, this product has been applied in many enterprises and has created huge economical benefit for them. We are the first developing and producing large-sized pipe bundle type drying machine over 800m2. We have followed the multi-effect energy-saving evaporator made in developed county for long term. Its energy consumption keeps ahead in home, only consuming 0.2-0.3t per 1 ton water. Thereinto, the recycle of waste heat is the most advanced technology for saving energy. It nearly uses steam, reaching to international advanced level.
We have got strong CAD instruments and many engineering technical persons of rich experience. We have formed certain capacity of designing and manufacturing large-sized non-standard equipment with weight over 100t, as well as certain strength of innovating and developing various products.
