Domestic service: with conditions of commissioning available, the company will send its service engineers over to assist in the commissioning. For product quality problems verified to be within quality warranty period (not caused by abnormal operation or other factors), the company will provide free of charge the spare parts, on-board service, maintenance and part replacing when the vessel is in PRC; or in case the vessel is not in PRC, the company will provide free of charge the relevant spare part and deliver it to the company address the user has within PRC.

Structure principle and technical index

Structure
The vibration fluidized -bed drying machine is vibrated in the excitation force produced by vibrating motor. Material marks forward in the effect of this excitation force and comes into the fluidized state thorough the heat air input from the bottom of bed so that granular material touches completely with heat air; and gets the ideal drying effect.

Technical index
1.Working swing: 0-3.2mm
2.Frequency tolerance: ¡À0.3HZ
3.Noise: If the distribution plate of fluidized bed is not more than 2.7m2, noise is not more than 80dB; or it is not more than 85dB.
4.Temperature increase on the surface of motor: If the motor runs blank for 4h, it is not more than 60¡æ.
5.Drying strength: As for quartz with granularity among 1.6-3.5mm, its drying strength is not less than 40kgH2O/hm2 in prescribed condition.
